why would you need to take only one in the first place? and it really depends, gluco lowers igf1 so if you still getting taller then dont take it. but they really work best TOGETHER

Do both, but if u can’t do both then glucosamine. But now that it will take longer to kick in than msm.

Just know u could get anywhere from 0-0.5 max be realistic

Do you know anything about spine decompression? Everytime i do dead hangs it does nothing

You prob don’t dead hang long enough or you’re not fully relaxed

Measure your morning height and compare it to your evening height. Some people don’t compress that much, or when you were dead hanging you weren’t that compressed

Nah im definitely 2cm shorter in the afternoon. How long do i need to dead hang for?

1-2 mins max, slightly engaged shoulders, hips and legs completely relaxed, and breathe slowly. Don’t swing

2-4 sets also
