I have started to go to the gym to see if it's better than working out at home my workout plan is currently:

(A)
  • Deadlift (12x5)
    • Kettlebell Swings
    • Box Squats
    • Pendlay Rows
  • Shoulder Press (12x5)
    • Cable Flies
  • Squat (12x5)
    • Leg Curl
(B)
  • Bench (12x5)
  • Strict Bicep Curl (12x5)
Monday (A)
Tuesday (B)
Wednesday (Rest)
Thursday (Rest)
Friday (A)
Saturday (B)
Sunday (Rest)

What does your workout plan look like and how can I improve mine?
 
1. fuck around with bands
2. do some pull ups
3. ldar

Weighted pull-ups, push ups, neck curls, lateral raises and ab exercises, 1 hour of jumping jacks daily for cardio (about 650 calories burned from that) I don't train legs due to genetically huge legs and ass

2300 calories, 120 grams protein, high fat, high carb
 
1 set of every exercise you can think of to failure every day seems to work best. It sounds retarded but I find it highly successful. Keep reps below 40.
