What dosage of DNP should i run at 15 for just one month?

Realized I've gained weight ngl and want to cut back to around 12-14% body fat, but I don't want to stunt my growth.

It seem's DNP is the only thing that actually burns fat directly and not a drug that just suppresses appetite.

I've already injected fat dissolvers + took lasix but all gave me extremely minimal results. I don't believe im boneless honestly, because before i gained weight you were able to see my bones and shit.


Anyways back to the main question, what dosage of DNP should i take during 15 for a month or two without getting fucked up? Should i go for a smaller dosage?

(Also dnrd to any comments saying "dnp will kill u" as if i give a shit at this point

At 15 you are boneless.

Don’t cut.

Just eat high nutrient density.

Cut when 17/18. Can use DNP then also, there is no issue with it.

Why tho?

If you eat properly you won’t even need to cut in the future. You’ll be lean and developed.

Eat meat, eggs, butter, potatoes etc

Im already eating properly. I think im around 15 percent body fat, and everybody agreed i was a low body fat percentage when i sent them my body, but that was like 1-2 months ago and i started eating a fuckton because I thought it would help me grow taller and shit

To "why" your right I should wait till I am older, but honestly I don't know if I will even be alive till 18 to use it, so I'm just going all out and shit to improve my face to help me cope for longer

Girls almost don’t even care about looks at 15. I’ve seen too many subhumans with girls at that age.

It was brutally over for me at 15, then finally puberty did something and grew bones.

Eating a shit tone isn’t gonna make you grow. If anything will get fat, increase estrogen and stunt growth. It’s not about calories, it’s about nutrients. Normies eat 2.5-3k calories a day of cereal, bread etc which have 0 nutrients. You will get more nutrients than any normie eating proper foods and less calories.

Eating a shit tone isn’t gonna make you grow. It’s not about calories, it’s about nutrients. Normies eat 2.5-3k calories a day of cereal, bread etc which have 0 nutrients. You will get more nutrients than any normie eating proper foods and less calories.
Trust me I get all my vitamins, and i know that as well. I got my bloods tested and my doctor told me i have too much vitamin D in my system and i should chill.

Also im not a late bloomer, hit puberty around 11-12, and its kind of wild to say girls dot care about looks at 15. Maybe like pre-middleschool;

The reason i need to cut back down is cuz i gymcelled, gained like 25+ pounds:feelswhy: from it. I quit tho cuz iwas scared it had a chance of interfering with my growth, although it probably didnt.


And it's not easy as u think, if i could just starve myself for like three months I could do that, but I can't risking stunting my growth for over a month

Gym doesnt affect growth at all bro, plus if you really wanna get lean, just do cardio and sauna tbh, lift weights too

Just do hella aggressive diet. 1200 cals + 10k steps. Drop like 5/6kg fat in a month.
But that would cause malnutrion for sure, and take a longer period of time, could just use DNp for a month without stunting growth and shit and see way etter results

Yeah it probably doesn't, but i didnt want to take any sort of risk. Coincidentally i stopped growing around the same type i started lifting

It won’t. Unless you’re eating 1200 cals of bread and bs. 1200 cals of meat and eggs and you won’t cause malnutrition. Most people eat less than 1200 calories of meat and eggs a day, they get way less nutrients on their 3k cal diet.

DNP prevents the food you eat from being stored as energy. It burns it as heat.

But i still get my nutrients? Also calories still aid in growth too, although its mainly in the nutrients.
