Right now I use:

KSM 66 - 600 mg daily
L-Theanine (Going to start dosing 200 mg daily)
Phenibut on weekends
Progesterone cream 20 mg daily

What other drugs/supplements are effective at lowering cortisol?

And OP fixing the diet should be the main objective.

But to answer your question, caffeine, aspirin and sucrose reduce cortisol

What does that mean
Might increase serotonin but it's still beneficial thyroid and androgen wise. Should be used with some caution

I have aspirin but only used it rarely. Would it be a good idea to take a low dose of aspirin before going out to reduce cortisol?

It definitely beneficial but if you're talking social anxiety wise, you should be aiming at reducing serotonin, so yes aspirin helps but shouldn't be seen as an alternative to fixing your diet

It does increase prolactin

It's ok as long as it isn't excessive, since it increases metabolic demands.
