any kind of issue with your maxillofacial development will negatively affect your looks, but is it the sole reason why you look bad? Probably not, but surely a compounding factor.

I got this shit too bro, shit sucks ass. Both my arches are giga narrow and maxilla is as flat as a pancake. Also strangely the gonian on the side of the impacted canine is rounded while the other is normal. I wonder if this caused it.

It's been a fucking nightmare to try to get this shit fixed, I've been brawling with orthodontists and dentists for 3 years now recommending I get 4 premolar extractions just to fix this. Finally got in contact with a maxilo jaw surgeon so hopefully I can get SARPE to create room, pray it goes well. I can't take another day with my bum ass inbred limey smile.
