17 at around 5'10

sleep around 7-8 hours at the same time everyday, hit my protein, trying to cut down to 12 %bf (around 18% now), eat about 500g of greek yoghurt a day, always try to eat some meat, dont consume sugar and have takeaway once a week maybe

I know im close to having my growth plates close but else can i be doing to squeeze out those last 2-3 cm?
 
if you think youll grow at all eating only 500g of yogurt ur retarded, eat atleast 1.5kg greek yogurt every day to become a 8'9 greek chad

8+ iu hgh a day and take anastrozol or lenostrozol aswell, get ur nutrients but diet is cope compared to hormones

Eating greek yogurt and cutting weight is cope and stupidity.

Real ones know that if your plates are legitimately open start pinning GH and AI rn
