basically im 5'8 sadly a manlet and i was very chopped last year then i fixed it basically i think it's in one of my posts before so u can look at my old self then compare. i gained a bit of fat then i lost it now im bloated but im working on it. once i debloat ill post a pic but what else do i gotta do to ascend cause i feel like there's more

I made the bones grow a tiny bit, and then jaw a little more because it can even grow alot in late puberty, the rest is softmaxxing though
