What exactly leads to a shitty upper third?

Forget about jaw for a second, what is the exact cause for a shitty / recessed looking upper third forehead area?



Wtf went wrong with the wimp one. The forehead is a flat fucking wall. What causes the sloped and straight chad forehead? I feel like you can have a good jaw and get completely killed if you have a shit upper third like this.
