so i just turned 20 years old and have been looking to get braces for a while now. my question is if getting braces is even worth it in the first place. i’ve attached images of my jaw and face below. went to the sleep apnea doctor they told me i have a really recessed mandible and a high palate. will braces help me and if so what are some things to consider because i’m not knowledgable in this field. thanks in advance
