under desk standing desk? whats thatgo do fun things outside that you enjoy, play sports, maybe go take martial arts classes. Trying to spam a cardio exercise feels like a chore, if you want to burn more calories that is good but do it by upping your daily activity overall, it will have a much bigger impact than running for 30 minutes a day tbh. If you are living an active lifestyle you can eat alot. Under desk treadmill + standing desk is a very good cheat
