In theory it couldve been reverted for the most part with MSE and other methods to increase palate size and length, afterwards putting tooth implants back where they belong to fill in the newly created space in the palate, yet apparently she just goes for Jaw surgery, without trying to fix the narrow palate and jaw.

Idk man, she actually needs palate expansion (width + length) then to have tooth implants put in, that would be the real fix for her underlying issue. Not a jaw surgery. Doublejaw surgery will just move things a bit around, but not fix the comically narrow palate.

The purpose of palate widening methods like MSE is to create actual bone where one could have tooth implants put in.

With surgery methods that expand the palate/maxilla, the shit is held together by metal fixations, you cant really put tooth implants in those spaces.

Why it is important to have tooth implants is because the jaw bone otherwise just erodes where there are no teeth above it to stimulate the jaw bone.
