what eye surgery can achieve this?

my pfl is short by about 3mm, but i have big enough eyes to where if i stretch the outer corners just abit, it adds 2-3mm and a better tail. my eyebrows are pretty short as well, but im less concerned with that, if at all. What could do this for my eyes?

i forgot to add that on the left i am reshaping my eye with my hand

canthopexy is probably enough

Yeh as the other strange generic guy said, canthopexy should do the job
