fixing these will improve your looks the most. jaw is generally more important than nose, unless the nose is deformed but that's not your case.

No. Chin to philtrum length is mostly a meme. Meeks has 1.95 ratio which is much below the „ideal“.

the issue in this pic is his left eye is wide open and the right eye is lazy giving him a psycho look.
