What foods should I exclude from my life?

Any ultraprocessed food in general
 
it would be easier to list what foods you should keep in your life

Depend on ur goals but I’m going to list a few common things ppl tend to remove:

-Sugary stuff (very high calorie and ruins ur skin)
-Processed food (again high in calories, seed oils and has low nutrients)
-Fried foods (to remove acne, and to reduce trans fats or inflammatory oils)
-Seed oils (very inflammatory)
