to avoid or eat? Can you speak in full sentences?
dont cook with any kind of oil, just cook with butter, ghee, tallow, or any other solid animal fat (preferably organic, grass fed, pasture raised etc) cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is good while unheated so you can drizzle it over salad or something

it's fine to cook with it, though it has a lower smoking point than canola oil it's still nutritious as fuck
 
Losing body fat is all about caloric deficiency. If you are not in caloric deficiency, even the healthiest foods will prevent you from losing body fat.

Start burning more calories by working out. It's a calories in, calories out thing.

If you can't do it naturally, try Semaglutide. Don't use fat burners like clenbuterol, because they can have side effects on blood pressure and cardiovascular system.
