I have already planned a consultation for my midface to get pdo threads and maybe something more as my malar fat pad hangs down a bit which makes my midface more round. But what could i do for my eye area and what would help me with mine. I have negative hooding and ruins my ct and makes me look tired. Thinking about also braiding ct with pdo threads to lift up that area as well. But what would work for my eyes as my fat is what descends my eye area.

hit up hyaluronic fillers to plump the area or go for transconjunctival fat transposition surgery to reposition that descending shit

what about both at the same time or is that to much all for one go, the fat pad descent is one of my main issue in my midface and my eyes yes they are hooded and have very little uee but the tilt to the eyelid is what fucks it up

combining midface fat pad fix with eye hooding/tilt correction in one go is possible if minimally invasive like fillers, but stage em to avoid scar fuckery ruining results

yea i gotcha so currently i have a consultation with an aesthetics clinic next week and will ask them what they think is the problem and what i could do to fix it and what they would recommend and im going to do more research and everything based on what you have told me about the fillers and such, one question for you tho are fillers not looksmaxxing friendly because of migration and everything? My mom has gotten a tiny bit of filler here and there and has told me the migration only occurs when you don’t do as the doctor tells you after the procedure, and also not taking care of your skin treating the procedure as a permanent fix

ye fillers are solid for fixing that kind of stuff as long as your doc goes deep right on the bone with the injections, keeps things stable and looking good. Migration doesn't happen much I'm pretty sure, like less than 5% of the time, and it's usually because people mess up aftercare, like rubbing the area too soon or skipping the no massage rule and shit, or they treat it like it'll last forever without keeping up with skincare and touch-ups every 6-12 months. I know a friend who fucked it up

yea i’ve wanted to try and do fillers to fix little tweaks here and there and i’ll be sure to do everything right as long as i have my mom to tell me what to do and filler could always be removed if migrated

hyaluronidase dissolves HA fillers fast if migration hits, so you're good to experiment with tweaks
