What gym split should i do for max bidelt width ?

my only goal in gym is to be as wide as possible and increase bidelt width .

Im thinking push pull legs ? Please help

ye ppl is really good just focus on shoulders and upper chest

Just do a shitload of delt volume and twinkmaxx to reduce waist

if thats biceps and delts he should work biceps and delts the most to maximize his biceps and delts gains. He should also do cardio and core for general balance

Jfl at this iqlet answer. Bidelt is the distance between the lateral delts, basically the width of the shoulders. Also who gaf about cardio and core all he said is he wants a wider bidelt.

cardio and core build other aesthetics easily if you just do them on the side

What?? I do mostly like only care about bidelt but why wouldnt i train legs ? What Else am i gonna spend that day doing my shoulders needs to rest so why not spend the time building muscle

you said all you care about is bidelt, so why not just spam shoulders+traps every 36 hours whilst not training anything else to maximise recovery?

Because it wouldnt really make a big diffrence in muscle gain from shoulders and id benefit more in looks and stränghet by also building other muscles . U also Said every 36 hours

Aslong as you do a Spilt that has atleast a 2x frequency you should be fine asking long as you start your workouts with your priorities for instance shoulders. There are better options than ppl tho, I wrote a thread about it you should check it out
 
Ok i wrote wrong , i meant i mostly only want bidelt width
you'll never have a bidelt like chads like me so just give up its not worth the effort
