Oh it was a normal surgery for my scoliosis but it boosted my smv crazy since I grew 6 inches from it

Mirin tbh (not the scoliosis but the height boost), im like 179-180cm rn so like 5´10 or smth but my neck posture is still bad and i have a bad back since i used to have terrible posture bc i played fortnite all day. Hope i grow from it tho when i fix it, my frame would improve too since i have like fucked shoulders they go like kinda inwards idk how to say it in english, but im trying to fix it rn

For posture I do the chin tuck exercises against the wall
