Yes.

Now for real most of the times you feel that you can't breathe because there isn't enough blood circulating through your nose so it's difficult to breathe through it, it happened to me the first time but I just went a long with it and we'll unfortunately I woke up perfectly the next morning so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Just make sure that you don't have deviated septum cause that can bring you problems in the future.
