I have been a neet most of my life and now realizing that its not a tenable position long term, if I keep this up ill definitely end up roping if I dont change things around in a hurry

Im fat, broke, friendless, balding, porn addict, gambling addict, but I think deep down I have the mental fortitude to turn things around, also I do have potential to become a normie despite having almost zero SMV at the moment, Im tall, smart, and decently handsome with a very good frame.

But what happens to neets who dont turn things around? 30 year old ugly fat loners with no skills? I have to imagine most of them neck around 30-35

The best advice I’ve heard is: “be internally blackpilled, but externally bluepilled”. Know the blackpill exist but live your every day life like a normie and do normie things. Grind in the gym. Limit your porn watch. Stop gambling all together. And most importantly just go out there. It’s never too late to turn it around. Also, I hope you aren’t a pedophile longing for Muh JB’s. If that’s the case then you aren’t gonna get any, and that fact is potentially gonna make you rope.
