Your base is not the best due to a long midface (unfixable), a short ramus, relative bonelessness, and all sorts of minor soft tissue flaws.
You can definitely improve your looks, but it might take quite a lot of effort to achieve a modest outcome. So you have to seriously ask yourself "is it all worth it ?" before you get started. Only you can answer that question (it depends on your personal mindset, financial means, current social interactions, and overall quality of life).

Are you a bimax candidate ? Possibly, yes. Although your facial configuration will not allow large forward movements, or else you would get dogmaxxed. Still, you fail lip assessments, your lower lip droops, your mentolabial fold is too deep, and your chin is set too far back. Plain orthodontics cannot fix all that, only complementary orthognathics will. But, once again, you have to ask yourself "is it all worth it ?", because of how long and tedious the whole bimax process is (~12 months decomp phase before surgery ; ~6 months bite adjustment after surgery). Keep in mind that a bimax will barely improve your front profile, which is what matters the most ; and, in your case, I suspect the positive impact on the side profile will be rather minimal (see morph above). If you actually suffer from breathing and/or chewing problems, then a bimax could make more sense.

Anyway, you will benefit from a mix of softmaxxes and hardmaxxes.

SOFTMAXXES
> fat loss / body recomposition
> minoxidil + microneedling to thicken your eyebrows
> dye your eyebrows one shade darker
> Latisse/bimatoprost to grow longer and denser eyelashes
> tretinoin/tazarotene to get rid of blemishes and to achieve a smoother skin texture
> mole removal
> watch out for signs of hair miniaturization and recession along the hairline and temporal peaks ; in case of early onset androgenetic alopecia, hop on finasteride/dutasteride, minoxidil, and microneedling (dermastamp/dermapen/derminator)
> neck training

HARDMAXXES
> possibly bimax
> depending on where fat loss and bimax leave you, some type of procedure may be necessary to target the submental region : liposuction, fat dissolver (e.g. kybella), submentoplasty, neck lift.
> depending on where orthodontics and bimax leave you (potentially improved lip support), you could augment upper lip height with a bit of filler
> depending on where fat loss leaves you, you might benefit from complementary buccal fat removal and/or fat dissolvers (lipo vela, aqualyx, etc.) in the cheek area.
> jaw angle implants / filler (juvederm volux, radiesse, etc.)
> rhinoplasty, including tip plasty, alar plasty, and radix graft.
> oculoplastics : canthopexy to tighten/straighten the lower lid, ptosis repair, and fat grafting to reduce upper eyelid exposure.

The morphs at the top of this post roughly simulate those suggestions (but jaw angle implants/fillers).

Im interested to know and you seem pretty knowledgeable. How are you able to tell from these pics alone that his "facial configuration" wont allow for large movements? I mean, I can see how he could get dogmaxxed, but are there more reasons for the minimal movements beyond this dogmaxxing risk?

What kind of a face/faces would be optimal bases for a bimax with noticeable/larger movements?

mirin response, I️ agree I️ messed around in photoshop a bit and I️ feel like I️ could get dog maxxed with a bimax. i actually dont mind my front for me its the chin and the hyroid sag under the chin which destroyes my jaw and hides any forward growth. But I️ will definitely get on the softmaxes and some of the hard maxes. what is your opinion on filler?

I️ agree I️ would probably get dog maxxed with bimax. So I️ decided I️ will first try to see how I️ look with chin and jaw/gonion filler. maybe even some upper lip filler.

thanks man

You're right. He's not an ideal bimax patient at all. His SNA is probably within normal ranges as it is, so pushing the maxilla much further forward will just give him chimp lips. Means workhorse would have to be mandibular advancement here, which won't make much of a difference beyond the side profile.

Fair enough. I don't really think a marginal improvement in the side profile really justifies the invasiveness and time + financial investment but to each his own. I can at least understand the desire to optimize everthing so if you have realistic expectations about what bimax will accomplish then that's something at least.

noooo no bimax, I️ just joined the forum and everyone spammed bimax... After doing some reserach its clearly not for me. Im saying chin/jaw filler for temp solution, until maybe an implant in the future to fix side profile.

I see. Sorry I misconstrued that. Even on this site, you'd be surprised how many retards prescribe bimax for everything and how many users seize on it. I think fillers are a much more sensible option in your case.

agreed bro everyone had me stressing for a few days :lul::lul:, and even if it did help, it's way to intrusive and expensive to be good roi... unless you're a subhuman recessed chud. thanks for the advice brother.

what is your opinion on filler?
Good when indicated and skillfully injected.
With the great benefit of being able to opt out and move on as if nothing had been done if the results do not improve your life.

I️ agree I️ would probably get dog maxxed with bimax. So I️ decided I️ will first try to see how I️ look with chin and jaw/gonion filler. maybe even some upper lip filler.

You don't really need additional bigonial width. What you need is ramus and posterior mandible height. Fillers (Radiesse, Juvéderm Volux) can help with that to some limited extent. I'll quote @yussimania on that particular topic :

"When you are using filler for vertical augmentation you're now injecting it on top of filler (not supraperiosteal) - cantilever effect. You also have to fight gravity now due to the vector being vertically parallel to it as opposed to a horizontal projection vector perpendicular to gravity. Now it's more prone to migration into your submental region even if you're using Radiesse - You're limited in how much you can inject before it gets bad"

Custom gonial implants would probably be a more radical and more efficient way to address this issue, but they are a crapshoot with high revision/removal rate, and you'd better have quite a lot of money saved if you decide to go down that road.
Also, implants shouldn't add in excess of 7-8 mm in height (quoting @lurking truecel here), otherwise the risk of masseter dehiscence increases dramatically. You don't want your muscle to detach and hang in a ball above the jawline. So keep reasonable expectations and have the implants designed accordingly.

Getting back to fillers :
you said in that other thread that you wanted "vertical projection" for your chin. Wrong move ! You already have a tall chin. Making it even taller will not make you look better ; possibly even the opposite. Moreover, you'll be confronted with the cantilever problematic again.
What you can do though, is adding a bit of width to your chin. Not really any risk in trying it out and seeing how it holds up over time.
And, obviously, you can increase lateral forward growth, with, for example, Juvéderm Voluma.
You could also fix your radix with Radiesse, to make your nose look straight.

I advise you against doing any of that yourself.
If you're short on money, well, work and earn some.
Your use of "y'all" suggests that you may be located in the Southern states. If so, take a quick trip to Mexico to save money. Over there, you can expect one syringe of filler to cost around $250-350 (I haven't looked into it, so just an approximate guess), versus $800-1000 with a plastic surgeon in the US. To complete the plan that I suggested above, I guess you might need a total of 5-7 syringes.

Done with the synthetic fillers, now onto autologous filler : fat grafting to your supra-orbitals to reduce UEE would be a good move imo.

I do really encourage you to follow the softmaxxing suggestions laid out in my previous post. They can make as much of an aesthetic impact as the hardmaxxes.
For instance, your hairline and frontal third seem to be thinning. If confirmed, and if you aren't already on hair loss meds, I urge you to hop on finasteride (assuming you're 18 yo and above). This could be your top priority right now, over fillers and everything else.

Another morph using the new picture :

Djbb

(I snuck in a tip plasty, but you could do without it, especially if you like your nose as it is)

As you can see, only a subtle improvement would be generated. It's unlikely anybody would suspect you of having had work done. Instead, you would probably get comments like "you look rested/slimmer/good" from people who know you.

While I'm at it, here's a morph roughly simulating what your face could look like after maxing out your potential, without straying too far from your base :

Djbbb

> denser hairline -> finasteride/dutasteride, minoxidil, microneedling
> thicker and closer-set eyebrows -> minoxidil, microneedling
> reduced upper eyelid exposure -> fat grafting
> ptosis repair for your left eye (right in the pic)
> longer, denser eyelashes (not shown in the morph) -> Latisse/bimatoprost
> improved nose -> rhinoplasty, including tip plasty, alar plasty, and radix grafting (not visible from the front)
> slightly taller upper lip -> filler
> straightened commissure. This one is a bit tricky. I'm not sure which treatment could achieve it ... orthodontics ? orthognathics ? other ?
> shorter, squarer chin, with forward advancement (not visible from the front) -> sliding genioplasty with vertical reduction and a custom chin implant to achieve that flat, square bottom
> enhanced posterior mandible and gonions -> filler
> hollow cheeks -> leaning out, fat dissolver, liposuction, buccal fat removal
> tighter submental (not visible from the front) -> leaning out, fat dissolver, liposuction, submentoplasty, neck lift
> reduced flaring of the earlobe -> otoplasty (focused on the earlobe)

That's my plan for you to reach HTN ! :feelshmm:

Thank you bro this really helped, I️ will add all your advice into my 3 month plan. I look like an absolute chad in that morph haha. I will def be working on the softmaxxes for now.

Here is my current plan for the next 30 days.

1. Get on Fin/Dut + Min (Hair + Eyebrow)
2. DIY Chin Filler (doesn't seem to hard)
3. Get on 150mg trt (for life - have low t)

I️ will leave leave the gonions/ramus/jaw etc to actual professionals (too high risk).

After that I️ will focus on fixing upper lip (lip flip) and left eye, fat dissolver for submental area (or lipo.)

mirin reply brother, thx again :feelsgood::feelsgood:
