What has ehren used for bone growth and ascension

What peps or chemicals has ehren used to grow his zygos and other face bones or is it just fibrosis , sory not very aware on how he ascended so much so if some can break it down for me that will be nice

I don’t know just looking at before and after he seems to have just done stuff like growing and dying eyebrows and hair, neck training, fixing skin and diet
