what has highest ROI mt2 or accutane

basically I've heard it's not the best idea to combine these two so I'm wondering which is is best

for reference I have mild-moderate acne mostly around my lower third and a slightly inflamed nose from HGH. I have pale skin with black hair and eyebrows, with blue eyes also.

what is the most worth to do, atleast do first?

Accutane sounds more foundational. Imagine improved coloring with acne, what even is the point? But yeah of course read about it, do your research before using.

but u got mogger coloring bro. gh helped my skin a bit along with ghk cu, have only gotten 1 actual pimple in the past 3 months after starting, and it was near the beginning. i would honestly say accutane + high dose beta carotene and lycopene. i never really liked MT2 because you need to go outside for it to work and it also could cause moles/freckles. i got similar high contrast coloring as u and carotenoids worked really well.
