Porridge is a healthy filling breakfast that feels good in my stomach and grants me long-lasting energy. I haven't found anything better. Eating something heavy bogs you down and is only ideal for dinner, eating something lighter doesn't give enough energy.

It's literally just carbs, eggs are so much better for breakfast

I actually just found out that when you regularly eat oatmeal it begins to line your small intestine with a protective probiotic slime. Gets rid of uncomfortable bowels and bad digestion. Great for cholesterol and blood sugar too. It's also though to aid in protecting your internal organs such as the liver if you eat oatmeal before a night of heavy drinking.

People probably don't like it because they think eating oats is a Jewish conspiracy or something.

When combined with milk, honey and berries, it becomes an ensemble of nutrients.

Oats are high in fibre. All these protein conscious retards who over consume by 200% don’t understand they are most likely 95% deficient in fibre.

If you have conspiracy against Quaker Oats which is ((their)) brand, try your locally manufactured or some other brand oats. It’s satiating, macro efficient and for once has good palatability too.
