The jew in question advized my parents to get me a herbst appliance instead of bimax yes it saved my jaw from being a recessed subhuman but stunted and recessed my maxilla i ve been mewing for like 4 ye and 3 months now and its still inclined nothing changed only my lower maxilla moved a bit and my cheekboens got prominent

i agree, i can see your face is sort of flat looking. I feel like a lf3 would ascend you. Maybe try doing an MSE+Facemask, some people who execute it well get good results.

no lf3 is generally overrated on this site and people who have gotten it done tend to be underwhelmed as far as my research on jawsurgery forums. Thing is it does nothing for your vertical growth and cw roatated maxilla which is most of what makes someone ugly. In your case though your only issue appears to be it being set back thus why i suggested it.

fagga/facemask is dangerous jewhacks had to do a surgery beacasue of this

his issue was with fagga due to poor execution of the provider more than the applience or ideas themselves. plenty of people have done fagga and not had damage of that level (note that EVERY orthodontic practice will have some damaging effect on teeth its all about magnitiude). He hardly did facemask...

1. Solution 1: Getting your wisdom teeth removed will cost money.
2. Solution 2: Increasing tongue space via expansion costs money.
3. Removing wisdom teeth will either have no negative cosmetic and health effect, or will have negative cosmetic and health effects.
4. Palate expansion will either have no cosmetic and health effect, or a positive cosmetic and health effect.
5. Palate expansion solves your wisdom tooth issue (they come in properly)

So if you had to choose between those 2 options which one would you choose? (Assuming both have similar insurance coverage which usually they both do)
