Depends on age, but correct head posture (not all day but a good portion)
Try laying down on your bed without a pillow and chintuck, do it until it gets easier, always sit and walk with straight neck never slouch..

If you're lucky and young enough, your jaws will upswing and grow forward

Ok so just start practicing chintucking, after a while the posture will get more natural and your molars will slightly touch from the chintucking pressure, which will make the jaws go up and forwards
