yes but follow a split ideally

tbh the actual working out component is only like 30 percent of the story

diet and just genetics matter way more

been a bit inactive so it got worse now

if you're getting back to being active going till failure won't be necessary , get some good effort in to get you're body back to being used to workouts and focus on your form more at first

buy a pull up bar and start doing chins for your back reps and sets depend on your abilities for chest push ups regular push ups push ups from deficit you change tempos ect for legs squats,lunges,bulgarian split squats ,hip trusts for neck neck curls and thats pretty much it you can also add weight you can use water jugs ,books whatever

i dont do nothing for my shoulders but i know people do this if you have weights you can do side lateral raises
