Ik many guys here praise the gym and think it's better!Altough u can build serious muscle with calisthenics, u just have to do everyhting just like a bodybuilder!Most guys aren't gymnasts and their main focus is building muscle so I will try to keep things simple, reps should be 6-30, not more...looksmax.org

if you're getting back to being active going till failure won't be necessary , get some good effort in to get you're body back to being used to workouts and focus on your form more at firstbeen a bit inactive so it got worse now

is thetr anything good for shoulders?buy a pull up bar and start doing chins for your back reps and sets depend on your abilities for chest push ups regular push ups push ups from deficit you change tempos ect for legs squats,lunges,bulgarian split squats ,hip trusts for neck neck curls and thats pretty much it you can also add weight you can use water jugs ,books whatever
i dont do nothing for my shoulders but i know people do this if you have weights you can do side lateral raisesis thetr anything good for shoulders?
