What Hormones Should I get tested? Please include all physiological measurables including vitamins, hormones, sex hormones and etc.

Was confused on what I need to get tested and measured because I only of T3 but this certainly won't give me a proper and hollistic outlook on my health and what to improve on. I need to know if I have hormonal imbalances as well. Thanks for your input.
