What I did to fix maxillary recession at 16

General info about my situation:
The photo where I just have a huge nose is 1 month apart from the full ascension I don’t have any good pictures from before I started ascending but the last pic is 3 months before today so you can get the general idea

Let’s start from the basics I have mid to generally good genes and at my lowest I was ltn (5 hours of sleep ultra processed food while eating nowhere near maintenance calories and cigarettes). I had and still have braces they were what caused the major recession in the first place because it completely disrupted my posture as a whole.

What I did:
First I fixed my diet and sleep which is the most important part.
For sleep it’s simple reset your circadian rhythm by simply sleeping without curtains and letting sunlight in your room and having a set time you get in bed in a way that you get minimum 8 hours recommended is 9-10 especially now that it’s summer
For diet:
Chronometer is an amazing food tracking app that also shows the micronutrients and minerals of the foods you put in aim for a little bit of an excess in everything and 200 calories above maintenance
The important part is to manage insulin spikes and abuse the right type of sugar DO NOT eat processed sugar can (white or black powder sugar) opt for honey fruit and cacao at least for me that type of sugar instantly causes acne. If you eat multiple times a day these types of sugar the insulin’s spike is going to cause growth hormone to be released which will help grow your bones
Also sth important is seeing an endocrinologist as androgen receptor sensitivity and their overall functionality is the most important thing when it comes to hormones

Mouth posture:
Simply mewing will do the trick do not do thumb pulling it’s the ultimate cope
When I say mewing I don’t mean just forcing it you have to take into account your entire airway and nasal cavity (ex. If you have a bad case of a deviated septum get the surgery immediately nothing will fix your maxilla if you can’t breathe)
To allow your tongue to rest on the roof of your mouth you have to make yourself breathe better in a way.Maximazing autoimmune health is key in keeping your airway open without the use of medication also allergies play a huge role in the health of your sinuses avoid them at all costs same with food sensitivities.
All in all the way to fix maxillary recession is to have a healthier body overall nothing will instantly fix your issues it’s a combination of everything I said and you can’t just mew or just fix your diet or sleep(keep in mind everything I said is cope after the age of 16 as the growth plates would have completely fused)
