around 1500cals , 50g of fat , 68g of protein , 175g of carbs

lunch: 3 reeces cups , 500ml milk
around 650cals
20g protein
24g fat
around 80g carbs

dinner
140g tuna
around 25g proetein

2 bananas or more

comes to around 2300-2400cals
about 120g protein
about 300g carbs
about 75g fat
ends in a maintance i do cardio until it beocmes maintance

supplements> beta carotene creatine

No I just love meat ( pause ), I do eat carbs tho sweet potatoes and bread or toast
i avarage around 300g a day tbh if ur gymmaxing carb should be main priority
