What should I do? From age 12 to 15, I had a sedentary lifestyle, played computer games for 14 hours a day, didn’t go outside, and ate instant noodles and fried potatoes with oil. At 14, in the summer, I started going to the gym, trained for 4 months, and my shoulders started hurting. Because of that, after 3 months I switched to boxing, trained for 3 months, got bored of it, and went back to the gym in spring. After 1 week, my shoulders hurt very badly again. Then in summer 2025, I went again, everything was fine, no pain, and once I tried PPL, my elbows started hurting so much that I couldn’t tighten my belt. I didn’t go to an orthopedist, started applying ointment on my elbows and avoided any нагрузки, but at school I had to do pull-ups and my elbows started hurting again. I also took breaks and didn’t train at all, tried push-ups from the wall and then from a bench, and after 2 days my elbows hurt again, even when carrying a 2 kg bag. Then I went to an orthopedist, he said it’s common in teenagers and told me to take tests. On the X-ray, the bones in the center of my elbow didn’t look very good. My calcium is normal, but my vitamin D3 is 28 ng/ml, which is about twice lower than normal. I also went to a dermatologist, he prescribed me Effezel, and recently he told me to start taking retinoids. But the problem is they can close growth plates, and can also cause muscle and joint pain, I won’t be able to get vitamin D3 from the sun and won’t be able to tan. Right now I’m taking 2000 IU of vitamin D3, Omega 3 1000 mg fish oil, 180 EPA / 120 DHA, vitamin C 500 mg, and zinc 15 mg. Should I start retinoids, and what should I do about my elbows? The orthopedist said to do push-ups and similar exercises based on how I feel. My elbows also crack often, I used to crack them on purpose but recently I’ve been holding back. Recently I trained biceps normally and did push-ups, but when I fully extend my arm and press, either my elbows or triceps hurt. In a few days my vitamin D3 10000 IU will arrive, I’m also thinking about ordering magnesium and vitamin K2, I will send photos of everything.
(when i walk very much i dont have acne, but its dont help me with back acne)

Your acne doesent seem too extreme, I‘d recommend trying tretinoin.
Start with 0.025% strength and work your way up to 0.1%.
Go to a dermatologist and ask him about it
