i’m 6’1 175 now since thursday i’ve been taking two scoops of creatine daily increasing water intake and two protein shakes a day while weight lifting hard twice a day and other stuff. i’m going to a football camp in february and need to get to 190 and build more muscle mass. But i wanna do it to where i can still have an attractive body while putting on muscle any ideas? what i can fix visibly right now and what things i can do? i’ve started wide scapular retractions and more shoulder workouts
