To be totally frank, women do have high standards, but a lot of men can reach if they tried.

Both men and women have slacked off. Nobody tries to look good anymore, so those with the genetic upperhand win.
Beauty changes, but still stays relatively the same (nice jawline, hair, not fat, etc). A lot of zoomer women are into the zoomer haircut and other zoomer trends, but it will pass just like every other fad.

The best thing anyone can do to get women is to work on themselves first. People are attracted to those who take care of themselves for the most part.

If you really want to have a long term relationship with a woman, stop thinking you can somehow just hypnotize them and they will suddenly like you. Chances are, you aren't putting in the work needed to be competitive in the dating scene.
