This is what im going to be doing going forwards to mostly maximise my confidence and health, I am pretty unhealthy and i look at myself in disgust, i have always hated the way i looked and never been able to stick to any plans to change this, i think writing it out and posting it will help me stick to it, and people can comment on my routine or tell me what to improve, i know im chopped so dont need to be told lol
I will be showing what i want to work on and what im going to do to improve that area,
-Toner - aha/bha to help reduce the appearance of sebaceous filaments,
-Moisturiser - im using aveeno oat gel if anyone cares,
-At night i want to start using a retinoid such a tret etc, i dont want to use this during the morning as combined with benzoyl peroxide it can be too drying and they lose effectiveness once in sunlight and then maybe use a gentle cleanser idk.
-colouring - my skin is all over the place its either really pale or red inflammed, gotta fix diet and going to introduce tanning drops
-volufiline - to help eye bags
-Currently growing hair out, want to maybe grow it into a flow kind of think or long enough where i could get a loose perm, im kinda bored of getting a taper after taper and modern mullet look so boring and un unique,
-Beard - i kept my beard trimmed and lined up myself with a heavier stache but ive just clean shaved just cause i got bored of the look although i did like the beard i felt that it was way too patchy,
-eyebrows - going to dye them and keep them shaped/trimmed,
- Eat better and diversify my foods, i have crohns so my stomach is fucked
– prebiotic and probiotic foods for gut health kefir, healthy fruits/sugars etc..
– actually stick to a diet consuming more than 150g protein while in a caloric deficit and cut out fast food(challenge impossible)
-get out in the sun more achieve a healthy tan
-debloat - i need to do more research on this but from what i understand, drink more water, consume less sodium and consume more potassium.
Skin - astaxanthin, lycopene
Sleep n shit - magnesium glycinate
All rounders - fish oil, vitamin d, zinc

Face
I have acne all the time especially on my forehead and between my eyebrows which i have not been able to get rid off if the spots do go away it remains red, i have an overly square head which i have been made fun of for my whole life, random people even now come up to me to comment on it, only thing i could think of to fix it is botox, or surgery i think my masseters are too big,Skin

Hair
I have a v shaped hairline which is my biggest insecurity, my hairline has been like that since i was 13 and i havent had any signs of further hairloss with my hair being super thick everywhere else, i dont want to use minoxidil/ finasteride as i dont think i could stick to it and the hormonal effects of fin scare me.-Currently growing hair out, want to maybe grow it into a flow kind of think or long enough where i could get a loose perm, im kinda bored of getting a taper after taper and modern mullet look so boring and un unique,

Lifestyle
I go to the gym 5 days a week I've recently been making no progress but im just a fat piece of shit and look like shit, I don't really do any other sports or that so going to start doing more i recently started rock climbing and getting into mountaineering looking to do my 1st 4k alpine style climb in the next year and id love to get into swimming- Eat better and diversify my foods, i have crohns so my stomach is fucked
