What improvements come from fixing pelvic tilt?

I've heard many people say correcting it has added 1-2 inches of height but I'm more curios of when I fix mine will my asymmetries slowly start to get fixed? My physique and face are asymmetrical I believe from my bad pelvic tilt and am wondering if its like mewing how it can prevent recession but not cure it will fixing tilt reverse my asymmetry?
