1. A high proportion of them are delusional narcissists - extremely common there for them to self-rate as chad or stacy when they look average or below (I saw two HTB total out of all those selfies and one was rating herself gigastacy when I would bet forum slayers wouldn't touch her).
2. By attacking incels they are psychologically parking themselves in the sex haver social group even if it's just a larp and they get nothing in the real world.
3. Related to #2, they are attacking the idea that looks matter that much because if they do then it's an unchangeable flaw they are stuck with like a genetic disease and coming to that realization is psychologically taxing.
4. If the blackpill is true that means a lot of their moral system is lie or false, pretty much whatever it is.

Very good question, it's definitely something deeply psychological, you're right about that
I think right off the bat though you can tell that it shows the power of women these days, hatred of incels stems from women, men leech onto this as a way to differentiate themselves, show that they are good, that they are not incels! I'd say most of or nearly all men who do this just do this as some sort of compensation, they think it gives them a good personality and that that can make up for their flaws. You'll see this in many male feminists, just typical guys trying to get into the pants of girls who do so by pretending to care for their causes to such a level that it embodies them. They weren't able to do it as smoothly and effortlessly as Chad was and are now delegated to feeding off the scraps by putting on a mask in the most minuscule hope that someone will buy it.
It's also partially a bandwagon, this applies less to IT folks but more so to those IRL who may use the term "incel" and whatnot, they see the media describe these men as lonely racists, they envision school shooters and whatnot, all of a sudden "incel" is the new "nazi"
Finally, it's very much so political. Basically, all these IT folk are leftists/feminists etc. and the trope of the white supremacist incel has become all too common due to a few unfortunate cases (Which one could even infer could have been fed honeypots for a number of reasons tbh), right-wingers, in general, are all banded together with these incels, I guess you could say it's their hostile reaction to Trump. The problem is, it's hard to get a group of people together against another without them feeling better than them in some way, especially when the average leftist has been scientifically proven to be less attractive, shorter, weaker, etc. compared to the average right-winger (Overall inferior). As a way to turn the tides, leftists instead focus on the few on the right side that fit into the category of being society's losers, neckbeards, virgins, basically just high school bullying type shit. Enter in a few "mass shootings" and bam, all Trump supporters are desperate virgin loser incels living in their mother's basements, they're weak and nasty little racists, blah blah blah, the perfect thing for the leftists to band against and hate on.
Because come on. Let's admit it. Society hates losers, ESPECIALLY women. They hate little men, underdeveloped men, weak men, ugly men, retarded men, they ONLY want chad. We know this. This is water. Could leftists REALLY hate on the right side and get people together, women ESPECIALLY, against them if they were presented more true to nature, especially in comparison to the average leftist? No, no they couldn't have.
Leftists present themselves as the more caring ones but the reality is anything but that, the little empathy they do pretend to have and share is all for their own benefit, for women. I'm not saying right-wingers are perfect, but they're a hell of a lot more honest and open.

Chads and Stacie's don't do that shit, unless it's to some how make money.

They posted their pictures a week ago, and it's all very ugly people. It's an ego cope for them, so they can keep telling themselves that looks don't matter in life.

Some of them are gay, or women and can therefore get sex and relationships easily, but they are still ugly which makes them socially low status. It's a cope for them as well, to reinforce their self worth.

It really has nothing to do with the people they attack, and everything to do with their own self worth.
