Isotretinoin has vitamin A. An over dose of vit A would help you mature the bones faster. Making your growth plates close faster, depends alot on the dosages because like I said, an overdosage
Funny guy

@halloweed bro thinks its skincare

Like @2marc1 said, accutane: active ingredient = isotretinoin. Thats what has the effects, its not like they added some other shit that stunts growth yk :feelsthink:
Every pill has ingredients, active and inactive ones
Yeah, I didnt think he was referring to fillers inside the capsules

Its a derivate of vitamin A not actual Vitamin A itself.

Yup, correct, but I would say accutane is still worth it if u dont over do it, 30 mg weekly is enough for me (I had severe acne)
For older ppl they need 20 mg everyday

I have an old post I made about accutane, from the research I did in pubmed it showed that premature fusing was from long periods of giga doses in young people.

So from my understanding, it’s a vitamin A Derivative, and it’s shown that excessively high levels of vitamin A can be terrible for chondrocyte profileration

But low dose wouldn’t hurt?

When I ran it I did 10-20mg a day

What’s the average dosage supposed to be then?
Depends on you. I have a friend who was running like 80-100mg a day prescribed by his derm. He's got perfect skin now though and never gets acne and uses estrogen cream on his face
