What is a good sleep stack? My sleep is completely fucked.

I wake up at least 3 times at night. Usually have nightmares

Did a sleep test and it was determined I don't have sleep apnea. What do I do subhumans?

I never slept like shit because of nightmares but what helped my sleep immensely are:

1mg melatonin (don't go crazy with it, or you will wake up groggy with shit still in your system)
Magnesium glycinate. I run the pure encapsulations one.
Zinc picolinate.

Don't wear eyemasks and/or completely black out your room. Have slight light coming in. You need sunlight in the morning to set your circadian rhythm and also signal it's time to wake up. Again, you will be groggy if u sleep in complete dark.

I also turn off the lights of my room after 7pm. The phone/computer screen one is not as effective as this one. Ideally you do both but Sitting in complete dark with your phone at lowest brightness >>> sitting in your room with lights ON and reading book.

hmm.

some advices I can give from my experience

- don't eat too much close to your sleep

- don't drink any liquid at least maybe 3 hours before sleep

- try to be as cortisol free as possible

- exercice/activities during the day to get sleepy when you go to bed

- melatonin before sleeping

I also take an antipsychotic (not a big dosage) but I wouldn't recommend. Only worth if you're a huge mentalcel

1. dont look at your computer screen / phone screen 2 hours before you go to bed.

but sadly most people are media addicted and wont be able to do this

ive tried many many things and the only thing that actually worked for me was just completely tiring urself out during the day
i dont mean just being active i mean literally tire urself so bad u wanna nap

No electronics a few hours before bed or use blue light filter
Take magnesium supplement and melatonin before bed
Exercise during the daytime, not at night
No naps during the day
No coffee or caffeine after 12pm

I already do all of these except the melatonin
Caffiene free for over 6 months. Its brutal
