What is a good workout split?

I gymcel 3 days per week, I just do push pull legs rn which got me good results. My gymbro wants to try full body split. Does anyone here have any experience with that? Is it good?

Maybe it is just personal preference but if it really sucks I would rather know in advance you know

Yeah thats one of the many exercises you can do, you can do bench pres, squats, deadlifts, rows, pull ups...

For example on deadlifts I do 3 seconds with the legs at 90°angle followed by 3 seconds on lockout position, same for other lifts

Then I do sets of 30 seconds, these are brutal
