What is a good workout split?

I gymcel 3 days per week, I just do push pull legs rn which got me good results. My gymbro wants to try full body split. Does anyone here have any experience with that? Is it good?

Maybe it is just personal preference but if it really sucks I would rather know in advance you know

I would stick to compound movements and push pull legs

So you just push against a wall
Yeah thats one of the many exercises you can do, you can do bench pres, squats, deadlifts, rows, pull ups...

For example on deadlifts I do 3 seconds with the legs at 90°angle followed by 3 seconds on lockout position, same for other lifts

Then I do sets of 30 seconds, these are brutal

objectively upper lower and fb is "better" looking at the data or wtv but ppl is good to

If you want maximum muscle hypotrophy (growth) you should isolate your muscle groups per day. So eg, Arms, back, chest, etc.

Coolcicidas PPL was always my favorite PPL to do. I added in reverse DB flies, dips, and wide grip pull-ups. A few other accessories too like hanging leg raises.

rather do ppl freeday and then upperbody lowerbody

or if u dont care that much about legs then skip zhe lower body day i do the same

pointless when you overtrain and your cortisol spikes cuck your testosterone levels

without injectint T going more than 4-5 times is contraproductive

Fb is good for beginner
 
ive tried a lot of splits but push pull legs is what works the best for me and has given me the best results

I do 4 hourse of cardio a week and PPL 6x a week, just do what works for you the best.
