If you want maximum muscle hypotrophy (growth) you should isolate your muscle groups per day. Coolcicidas PPL was always my favorite PPL to do. I added in reverse DB flies, dips, and wide grip pull-ups. A few other accessories too like hanging leg raises.Thats what im doing![]()
