What is a three way palate expander

What is a three way palate expander and is it harder to get? Does it cost more? How does it compare to a regular palate expander? Will it move my maxilla up?

Not really hard to get tbh, if u got a somewhat chill dr. or just come up with excuse. With example of the best being "Hard to breath"/"Tight airways and sleep apnea" since it doesnt only widen ur maxilla but also helps with airways. And its basically a plate of plastic with metal arms that press on ur maxilla constantly, so like a permanent thumbpull but prob not as hard unless u tighten at home.
