What is actually a good diet and nutrition?

I know that maybe this is Basic-knowledge or one of the main pillars regarding Looksmaxing and that research needs to be dedicated to this, but for you, what is good nutrition or diet?

Don’t eat too many calories.
Get all your micronutrients.
Drink plenty of water.
Get enough fibre in your diet.
Get enough protein.
Keep saturated fat and trans fat to a minimum.
Try to keep processed food to a minimum.

These 8 things will constitute 90% of the effects most can get from better eating. Other things can help, but it’s very little compared to these things (imo).

i agree apart from the saturated fats shit, saturated fats aren't as bad as the media has made us think, instead avoid vegetable oils and replace them with olive oil, avocado oil, beef tallow, ghee etc. Also try your best to avoid sugar

I actually studied the literature and came to that conclusion on my own, and not just from sucking off the media lol. If you don’t want to do it, you can still get a lot of benefits if you do the rest. Being healthy weight and eating high saturated fat diet is still probably way healthier than being overweight and eating no saturated fat.

my saturated fat consumption is 500% the daily recommended amount yet my cholesterol is normal and my triglycerides are on par with someone starving themselves on a vegan diet.

diet is extremely personal, what foods work for you won't work for the next person, but what your ancestors ate is usually what you're able to process, mine ate high carb and a lot of dairy (western europe) for example, but some people don't process carbs well, or fats, or dairy for that matter.

there's no 'good' or 'healthy' diet that works for everyone.

i agree with ya, but i reckon your cholesterol and triglycerides are fine cuz dietary cholesterol and shit are shown to have little impact on bad cholesterol levels in the blood.

alcohol has a massive impact on both, the widespread consumption of it is probably the reason why it's so common to have issues with either.

but humans weren't made to sit on their ass, if you're completely sedentary you probably wouldn't be able to get away with it either.

Also a general good rule of thumb is to eat what you really like, apart from shitty processed foods and junk food.

Adapt what you learn.

Raw meat, raw eggs, raw dairy, unheated honey, fruit.
