that is true tho. google "muscle hypertrophy frequency" and you'll see for yourself

interesting.
so for example how much frequency, reps and sets is optimal

for example, if I did 1000 pushups everyday for 3 months with a slight caloric suruplus how good would my muscles be

Both you stupid clown fish
but if you lift heavy I can't imagine you'll do many reps and sets

unless you mean working out 6 day's and lifting heavy

number of effective reps per week seems to be most important. the "total tonnage" thing is obviously stupid if you squat 100 for 10 sets of 10 (10000 total pounds) as a mid-300s squatter not a single one of those will be effective reps, but if u do 275 for 3 sets of 5 (less than half the tonnage) they all will be. on the other end of the scale being a powerliftingcel who does one rep and goes home that will also do nothing.

Both. Lifting heavy can boost T and androgen receptors, lifting hich frequency causes more muscle hypertrophy.

how do you lift heavy and have high frequency. just to get it straight by frequency we mean times we go to the gym right?

You do both separately.

How do you do both seperately. I'm low IQ
You lift very frequent/ many times a week and with heavy weights.
dont go overboard tho if you cant handle alot of weight dont load 200lbs on an overhead press lol

conjugate is ideal for this btw. maxing twice a week helps you get the movement pattern down and learn to lift a heavy weight, and the total effective volume is very high if you actually do the supplemental work (people who say conjugate has no volume dont realise u are meant to do supplemental work also)

Yes its true but don't get lifting advice from here, especially from a greycel.
