You can always fraud narrow set eyes with hair, covering temples or just get a cheekbone reduction, narrow set also looks more masculine

wide set looks less masc but its preffered in 2025, close set is a bigger failo but its also easier to hide / can even enhance the strikingness of the eye area if everything else is top tier
