What is good head posture and how to achieve it?

What do you guys mean by good head posture? My posture is absolute dogshit, and that's what I'm aiming to improve, but I need someone to explain the nitty gritty details about ideal posture.

keep your head straight and tuck your chin in slightly, don't crane your neck forward like most people nowadays
