what percent hydrogen peroxide and how do i use it on my teeth?

yea u can swish , no more than 3 percent

Wouldn't recommend. Hydrogen Peroxide while stable by itself, diffuses into cells creating hydroxyl radicals. They are one of the most volatile ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species). I'd instead recommend a whitening strip if you really want white teeth. Common tooth care is good enough too.

Whitening stripes are better for sure. Get one of the purple whitening strips.
