What is ,,ideal” workout regimen?

INB4 I mean for perfecting my development as teen.
There are many opinions I would like to know yours.

one that fits ur schedule, takes sets to failure and has adequate rest periods, it took me a while to get mine

i do 2x8-10 to failure on every set, 3-5 mins rest period inbetween

day 1: back and triceps
day 2: shoulders forearms neck
day 3: rest
day 4: chest and biceps
day 5: arms forearms neck
day 6: rest

i dont train legs cuz they are too big and disproportionate to my physique

sometimes i take more rest days if i feel fatigued or sore. you grow outside the gym, not inside

For what? All the HGH is used for is to repair damage to your body after.
boosting testosterone
It doesn't increase testosterone. Only temporarily to, once again, repair damage
The stress will likely just decrease it over time if anything.
creating microfractures (ex. Jumping)
That doesn't work. If anything it would only make your bones thicker (probably not even in a desirable way) and not vertically longer.

Exercise is horrible for you as a teenager. It will not only age you during whats supposed to be your prime but it will take away from growth as it uses food that should be going to height to repair muscle damage.
