How does smoking give you hollow cheeks? Is it one of the ingredients, the action of sucking, or something else?

I'm trying to find out if I could get hollow cheeks by smoking herbal/prop smokes for example. If it's the sucking motion itself I would be willing to suck a dildo, I think hollow cheeks would greatly benefit my face.
